So this past weekend’s weather all three days of 70-80 degree weather, got me going!!!  FINALLY we’re being blessed with the warmth and glow of the sun.  I could breathe,  I could perspire, I could absorb the suns rays (with a bit of sunblock of course) all the way deep down into the marrow of my bones, deep down into the bottom of my soul my heart cried out, elated that the dreariness of winter had finally succumbed to Spring and that Summer!, was on her way.

Of course, this good fortune meant a dose of …retail therapy.  The beautiful weather set me in the mood for romantic dresses with a bit of edge.  You know some raw edges, crochet, lace a bit of ribbon, bibs and bobs…a bit of Downtown Abbey meets Great Gatsby meets Rock-n-Roll.  And boy was I in “pigs heaven” as my mom likes to say, walking into Zara, H & M, Urban Outfitters, Joe Fresh, Bloomingdales, Lord & Taylor.  So many beauties to choose from, I was in overload!!!  I couldn’t make a decision, what to do, whattodo, WHAT-TO-DO!!!? How do I choose one and leave the rest behind?!!! It’s a decision not to be made lightly I tell you.  So I walked away from all, sure in my mind that I will return and I will be ruthless in my decision cuz, my bank is Bank of America not! JPMorgan Chase..that 2 billion is not sitting in my bank account cooling out til the Feds do their thing.  So! here I am in the middle of the year, with my list, checked edited it thrice and these ladies, these are the cuties (see links below), help me, help me, help me!

Did I not warn you?!!  Now you see why I’m in a pickle.  They can all work into my summer days and nights. I can dress ‘em down with ankle or combat boots, a pair of Bernado or Jack Rogers iconic sandals, denim and leather jackets, bed-hair or rocking sexy stiletto heels, delicate gold or silver jewelry.  The possibilities are endless. And I haven’t looked too closely at the color blocks and bright hues yet!!!  Can I get a check from my Fairy God mother!?
